Biltricide Praziquantel belongs to a class of medicines known as Anthelmintics.

Inactive ingredients: corn Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Povidone, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Polyethylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide and ypromellose. Biltricide Praziquantel is a trematodicide provided in tablets that are used in the treatment of worm infections caused by worms which belong to all species of Schistosoma S.mekongi, S.japonicum, S.mansoni, and S.hematobium, besides Liver flukes that cause Clonorchiasis C.sinensis, and Opisthorchiasis O.viverrin O.felineus. Remember, Praziquantel cannot treat infections caused because of roundworms and pinworms.
How to Use Biltricide 600mg Medicine
Biltricide medicine should not be taken in empty stomach. Have some food and take the Biltricide orally with one full glass of water and swallow it quickly. Praziquantel medicine should not be crushed or chewed as it is very bitter in taste. Even if some part of the tablet remains in your mouth can induce vomiting and gagging sensations.
Take as per physician’s advice and the dosage of the Praziquantel is based on many factors such as: response to treatment, body weight and your medical conditions. The recommended ideal dosage is 20 mg/kg of bodyweight, three times a day, as it is a one day treatment. There should be specific time intervals in taking the medicine which should not be less than 4 hours and should not exceed more than 6 hours.
